Our next Membership Meeting will be this May 6th, 2017. We will be meeting at Calvary Cathederal International, 1701 Oakhurst Scenic Drive, Fort Worth Texas 76111. Sea Stories at 1000, Membership Meeting at 1030. Members, Families, Active Duty Marines, Reserve Marines, Retired Marines, Marine Veterans, and Friends of the Corps all Welcome!!!
We, the members of Tarrant County Detachment 731, are meeting at a NEW TIME and PLACE. The First Saturday of each month (check "Calendar of Events" page for exact dates) at the Parlor Room, 2nd Door on Right, entering South End of Building, Calvary Cathedral International, 1701 Oakhurst Scenic Drive, Fort Worth, Texas, 76111. Located at the Northeast Corner of I-35W and Yucca Avenue. Exit I-35W at Northside Drive/ Yucca Avenue, go East to Oakhurst Scenic Drive. All interested Active Duty Marines, Reserve Marines, Retired Marines, Marine Veterans, Navy Corpsmen, and friends of the Corps are welcome to come and join us.
We start around 1000 by trading Sea Stories and honoring our Glorious Corps. Once a Marine, Always a Marine! Semper Fi! Do or Die! Gung Ho & Oorah!
The Membership Meeting starts at 1030. We try to have programs at each meeting. Some are history lessons and others are updates to our present Marine Corps positions and programs in existence at the time.
Our Next Membership Meeting will be May 6th, 2017 (if not current, check "Calendar of Events"). Please come by and see. We are growing in membership present at our meetings under the guidance of our Detachment Commandant, Marine Lara Olson. Come by and help decide the direction of our Tarrant County Detachment, Marine Corps League.
If you haven't seen them yet, we have'Old Marine' 'T' Shirts. This is our rebuttal to the 'Old Navy' shirts. The 'Old Marine' short sleeve 'T' shirts are available in Red, Yellow (Gold), Light Grey and Green. All sizes for $15.00 each.
